All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to season.
A deposit equal to the cost of the first night per person per booking is required. Deposits may be paid by Cheque.
 
All deposits are non-refundable. Unpaid/returned cheques will incur a charge of £10.00. Please note that deposits cannot be transferred to the balance payable on arrival should the number in the party reduce. Please also note that deposits cannot be transferred to alternative dates.
All accounts must be settled in cash or cheque on arrival. Should you wish to pay by cheque please have a valid cheque guarantee card on your arrival date.
Rooms are available for check in from 12 midday. If an earlier arrival is planned we can store your luggage, by prior arrangement, until such time as your room is ready. All rooms must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to avoid payment for an extra day. If a later travel time is planned we have limited facilities for storing your luggage. Rooms not claimed by 7pm will be re-let unless prior arrangement for late arrival is made.
Prices quoted in the price list are subject to change. However, once your deposit has been received and your booking confirmed back to you the price quoted will not change unless you alter your booking. Any alterations to bookings must be received in good time.
In the event of any cancellations not received two weeks prior to arrival date, and the room not being re-let, the person in whose name the booking was made will be liable for the full cost. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover these eventualities.
Prices include full cooked breakfast. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance will be made for meals not taken. No refund will be given for any premature departures
